Replacing the excavator filter element is to prevent fuel system blockage and ensure its normal operation. When the pressure gauge of the filter element alarms or indicates abnormal pressure, it is necessary to check whether there is any abnormal phenomenon in the filter element. If the inefficient and inferior filter element is replaced, it may not be immediately visible, and the engine seems to be running normally. If an excessively high filtration accuracy filter element is used, it may shorten the service life of the filter element due to its low ash capacity, thereby increasing the risk of premature clogging of the oil filter element.
